Add a terminology.md page in the community repo for SIG-Multicluster that gives a bare-bones list of terminology and their alternate names, and provides a link out to the website for more information.

Updated to not have ClusterProperty in "previously known as" section for About API to align with community feedback re: kubernetes-sigs/sig-multicluster-site#41 (comment), but I couldn't resist adding in a true "previously known as" for that one, ClusterClaim 😄

Nice to have it. I remember this term was only used during the discussion.

But this term is now used as the repo name and in the readme https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/cluster-inventory-api.

Yea I had though that while this is no longer the name of the CRD it was actually intended to preserve as the name of the API? (Similar to About API <> ClusterProperty)

Defer to @ryanzhang-oss @corentone for a more authoritative answer.
