Description of changes
Created a basic setup page briefly covering old version downloads, demo recording, video recording, and input displays.
Motivation and context for these changes
Page did not previously exist

This page is very barebones. I didn't go into much detail about demo recording as a page already exists that does that in far greater detail than what is necessary for a basic overview. I'm not sure if a video explaining things of this nature exists but I am willing to create one specifically for this page if not. Edits may need to be made.
