Update checkout v4→v6, cache v4→v5, upload-artifact v4→v7 to match fp32-fsw-xmera CI versions.
Move cron from 00:00 UTC to 07:00 UTC (midnight MDT). Add workflow_dispatch fuzz_duration input so manual runs can override the default 600s per target.
Generate a markdown table in GITHUB_STEP_SUMMARY showing each fuzz target's corpus size and crash status, parsed from the per-target libFuzzer logs.

Description
This PR updates the fuzz test workflow to use the out/in directory environment variables. The second commit allows for a parameter to be submitted when the workflow is manually dispatched.
