I had to manually create a label so the main form did not throw an exception when loading undefined fields, the designer cannot be used what so ever due to this being a vb form and creating a winforms form as a drop in will break the application meaning if you replace the existing one with a winform equivalent, long term this will be bad if you can't simply copy a template and use that.. I have tried to create a drop in replacement using winforms to no avail there doesn't appear to be any direct work around for this, I might need to write a form builder tool to make this process easier.
