Changes to legend-dataflow-config (legend-exp/legend-dataflow-config@25c3286) necessitate updating the dspeed dependency, etc.

Also, I fixed issues preventing me from running the processing and added a workflow condig for sator (server at TUM).

  • Making raw->dsp run
