Fixes for making dataflow work for new dspeed

Changes to legend-dataflow-config (legend-exp/legend-dataflow-config@25c3286) necessitate updating the dspeed dependency, etc.

Also, I fixed issues preventing me from running the processing and added a workflow condig for sator (server at TUM).

Requires:

• Merge of Fixes for making legend-dataflow work legend-dataflow-scripts#18 and tagging a new legend-dataflow-scripts version

Optionally:

• Merge of evt: added sparse mode for SiPM pulse data pygama#635 (for processing p13 data)

Still to do:

• Making raw->dsp run
• dsp->hit
• hit->evt
