…LAUDE.md 舊 sitemap.xml 仍使用已棄用的 4 類路徑（internal/surgery/medication/ent）， 但 js/content.js 早已遷移至 9 大新分類（chronic/respir/ortho/gi/kids/senior/ preventiv/nutri/ent），導致搜尋引擎索引的 URL 全數 404。 - 重寫 sitemap.xml：含首頁、doctors、contact、9 個分類入口、27 篇 topic 文章 共 39 個 URL；lastmod 對齊 js/content.js 各 topic 的 lastUpdated - 更新 CLAUDE.md SEO 段落：移除「佔位網域 your-domain.github.io/enrtwebpage」 過時描述，改為說明實際部署路徑與 9 大分類，並提示新增文章時須同步更新 robots.txt 已正確指向實際 sitemap，無須修改。 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <[email protected]>
