接入 CmdK/StreamEdit 本地流，增加 cmdKModelHash 与首页模型选择，并调整 AvailableModels 能力标记以兼容客户端过滤。
接入 StreamTerminalCmdK / RerankTerminalCmdKContext，关闭 Glass 预览门禁，并补充精简版终端提示词。
恢复 titlebar/open-window 相关 Statsig 开关，继续拒绝 Glass enrollment，尽量同时保住右上角按钮与经典终端 CmdK。
