Preparation for paper

This PR prepares the dataset for publication. It's a work in progress.

What I have done:

• download reviewed data from EDICTOR
• update lexibank script for conversion to calculate a new COGID column based on the COGIDS column (from partial cognate IDs to full cognate IDs)
• run cldf conversion

Now this PR includes the:

• multiple sequence alignment
• correspondence pattern identification

as well as the output files for:

• working the data with EDICTOR
• checking the sound correspondences data
