Add CETES, TESOURO, GILTS, USTRY, EUROB to BAS.json (chainId 8453) with logoURIs (IPFS SVGs). TESOURO uses 6 decimals.
Add CETES, TESOURO, GILTS, USTRY, EUROB to SOL.json (chainId 1151111081099710) with logoURIs (IPFS SVGs). Decimals set to 6.
