Expose nim-libp2p's NAT traversal configuration through the module's JSON options. This adds controls for gateway port mapping, explicit external IP advertisement, AutoNAT reachability probing, and DCUtR hole punching.
The new options preserve the existing disabled-by-default behavior, validate integer ranges and external IP input, and surface mutually exclusive NAT configurations as node-creation failures.
