Deploys a MariaDB Galera cluster on DEV (using mariadb-operator) as a high-availability backend for OpenVPN. This setup is currently being tested in Ayekan, and the database is functioning as expected and is being used by https://vpn.dev.lsst.org which you can check by login in with credentials stored in 1 password.
