In this PR, I added the sky brightness precision metric to the analysis tools. Sky brightness precision = (flux in sky obj + background flux) / background flux. See this notebook. I mainly followed this PR by @aemergywatkins.
Currently, only the visit level calculation works. The coadd calculation returns large numbers that I don't understand. Maybe we shouldn't do this on coadds?
