if you're wondering about where 0.7.2 and 0.7.3 are, I was too lazy to and forgot to make releases for them. their changes are included in the release title for this release.

the build one is just from building it in vs, i think you will need dotnet 5.0 installed to run it from the build (the os ones are dotnet published so you dont need dotnet installed to run them)
