Lumina Desktop 0.9.0-Release-P1

Patchset 1 for 0.9.0-Release.
This fixes a critical issue with the new start-lumina-desktop binary where it will hang if the ~/.lumina/logs directory does not exist on the system (so it only impacts new users of the desktop).

This is a beta-quality release of the Lumina Desktop Environment (0.9.0-Release). Although highly stable and ready for use on most desktop systems, many backend systems are still changing which may cause the user's settings to be reset between versions (although this is minimized as much as possible).
