Emit comments and virtualize them to support map, memo and fragment nodes.
I did the start/end markers for fragments instead of a count because I didn't trust the count with text nodes collapsing, formatting, etc.
I also figured out how to test the full runtime running inside a happy-dom environment, so that's cool too, I guess.
