This PR adds a new GitHub Actions job to run the DepthAI tests on sanitized RVC4 firmware when DEPTHAI_SANITIZE is enabled.
- Introduces the "linux_rvc4_sanitizer_test" job with matrix variants for asan-ubsan and tsan flavors
