kestrel-kernels 0.3.2 macOS arm64 wheels now ship cp310-cp314 (matrix expansion landed post-0.3.2 without a version bump), so Photon on Apple Silicon supports Python 3.10-3.14 to match Linux/Windows. Updates the requirements list and the Apple Silicon hardware table.
