Original requests 100+ each of 4" and 8" reusable cable ties. Substitute it for a combo pack.

Clarify what parts do not need to be prepared with heat inserts if machined parts were purchased Indicate that heat-setting can be done later. This makes it a bit more manageable to print parts as needed.

It's indicated in the diagram, but the significance doesn't become clear until you have to tension the belt (if placed too far away then there is not enough room for tensioning)
- clarify how the back panel layout has changed - clarify lack of nylon washers in filastruder kit - clarify absence of SSR in the absence of heating option
- Clean up typos - Include instructions & photos on fuse installation - Add link to protective cover on terminal box - Add smoke-test instruction
(includes configuration of the SBC, firmware upgrades and machine setup guides which are not in the Science Jubilee documentation)

Resolves #137 --- adds Duet 3 wiring assembly instruction page
Partially addresses #164 --- adds notes on Lock assembly tension
Resolves #139 --- adds relevant build plate instructions for typical Science Jubilee user
Improves #148 & #156 --- add required hardware shopping list and 3d part requirements for recommended machined upgrades. Also adds relevant comments about how the build process is modified when using these parts.
