Hello,
I'd like to propose some changes to improve build of the project. If you'd like to avoid merging to master directly - than I can redo this PR for some development branch.
Proposed changes are:

  1. In current state of project build is not successful on clean machine because of missing jfreechart dependency. This is motivator to propose maven build migration.
  2. Structure of project is modified to fit maven conventions.
  3. de.fau.shiftlist source code is copied here. Hope it's acceptable.
  4. Added config for GitHub actions, so new build is being started on GitHub CI for new commits.
