Summary: Improve Sidebar Collapsed State

This PR enhances the user experience by improving the sidebar's behavior when collapsed.

Changes

  • Centering: Icons and logo mark are now perfectly centered in the collapsed state.
  • Transitions: Added smooth 0.3s transitions for sidebar width and padding changes.
  • Tooltips: Navigation items now display tooltips when the sidebar is collapsed to maintain context.
  • Animations: Implemented a smooth fade-in and slide animation for sidebar labels when expanding.
  • Visual Fixes: Fixed layout shifts and ensured consistent sizing in both states.

Verification

  • Tested sidebar toggle transitions.
  • Verified icon centering in collapsed mode.
  • Confirmed tooltips appear correctly on hover when collapsed.

I've implemented the requested sidebar improvements, including icon centering, smooth transitions, and functional tooltips for the collapsed state. The problem is solved and ready for review!
