Update FU-110 status to failed due to Supabase linking issues and refresh frontend dependency cache.
The execution of FU-110 encountered a critical blocker where the
supabase linkcommand failed to find a project reference, preventing database migrations from applying. This led to all unit, integration, and E2E tests failing due to missing database columns and backend API errors. The frontend dependency cache was also updated as a side effect of running the environment setup script.
