Update agent_status.json to report FU-110 testing results and identified blockers.
The testing workflow for FU-110 (Sources Table Migration) was executed. All tests (unit, integration, E2E) failed due to environment setup issues (Supabase CLI linking, missing Playwright browsers) and an outdated database schema (missing
embeddingcolumn). The status file now accurately reflects these outcomes.
