This commit updates the agent status in `agent_status.json` to reflect a completed task with error details. It also refactors Vite dependencies, removing `chunk-46KKQMAN.js` and `chunk-4CRPNNNE.js` and updating `_metadata.json` to reflect these changes. Update FU-112 status to completed with reported test failures due to Supabase setup issues and missing Playwright browsers.
Unit and integration tests failed because the Supabase CLI could not run migrations (project not linked) and the database schema was missing the 'embedding' column. E2E tests failed due to uninstalled Playwright browser binaries.
