Update FU-112 status to completed, reporting test failures due to Supabase schema and UI readiness issues.
All tests failed: unit and integration tests due to Supabase migrations not running (missing
records.embeddingcolumn) and OpenAI embedding size limits; E2E tests due to the UI never reaching a 'chat ready' state.
