Release scope

Publish ARSAS 1.6.27 as the FAT realtime + clean-evidence release.

Included since v1.6.26

• FAT Workspace uses isolated fast commissioning acquisition for digital IO so live values update responsively without changing normal engineering-monitor polling behavior;
• FAT readiness is live-first instead of holding the operator behind the legacy 8–18 second report settling/restart path;
• report configuration remains available for normal engineering monitoring while FAT commissioning prioritizes deterministic fast MMS for discrete IO;
• FAT snapshot draining is bounded/background-dispatched to avoid starving WPF live-value rendering;
• session-start evidence journal writes are batched while preserving the SHA-256 evidence chain;
• New Clean FAT creates a true retest boundary: seals the active session, verifies and archives prior journals, clears active ON/OFF relay timestamps plus Time Sync/COMTRADE evidence, resets/re-enables import-ready points, and saves a zero-evidence active snapshot;
• historical evidence is preserved and never rewritten or deleted; archived journals are outside the new active export scope;
• timestamp presentation/traceability fixes from 1.6.26 remain unchanged.

The release workflow on merge must rebuild and test the exact merged source, smoke-test portable and installer/uninstaller, generate checksums/SBOM/provenance, publish the stable GitHub Release, and synchronize release evidence back to main.
