local fixture-DB quirk that's green in CI). None are related to this change.

vendor/bin/phpstan analyse reports 1 pre-existing error in lib/Utils/Validator/JSONSchema/JSONValidator.php
(missing @throws RuntimeException), unrelated to this diff — composer.lock is the only file
changed in this PR.
