O intuito deste pull request é atualizar este skelleton para não dar dificuldades de sessão no momento que for começar a desenvolver a aplicação.
Para isso foi instanciada corretamente a classe FlashSession e também criado um serviço de sessão para a sessão começar automaticamente na aplicação sem a necessidade de um 'session_start' na index.
Atualizei também a função getEnv() para pegar variáveis de ambiente também passadas por um container por exemplo para definir o tipo de ambiente que o esqueleto já prevê.
E por último, achei legal já deixar configurado em ambientes de dev, um error_reporting para todos os tipos de erro, aproveitando o config.
