Previously, the episim core code and the VSP scenarios were all contained this repository. This PR moves all project-specific codes (e.g. for the BMBF reports) to https://github.com/matsim-vsp/matsim-episim-vsp . An example project is here: https://github.com/matsim-org/matsim-episim.
