Added kicking players on join is they are not imprisoned and have 2 or more imprisoned alt accounts. Added kicking players that are not imprisoned with 2 or more imprisoned alt accounts when one of the alt accounts get imprisoned. Signed-off-by: Exultant <[email protected]>

New features:
Keeps track of alt accounts.
Keeps track of player log outs.
Prevents players from quickly logging out of one account and into another.
Prevents non-imprisoned accounts from logging in if they have 2 or more imprisoned alts.
