Feature: Added menu entry to change connection's exit node

Added support for managing exit nodes from the system tray.

Currently its missing the ability to toggle --exit-node-allow-lan-access.

Hey @sebastianmarines quick update, I found some issues that im still trying to find time to figure out, I hope to get it done sometime during this week/weekend.

hey @dit7ya , life has kept me busy from finishing this, if anyone wants to keep working on it the current state is as follows. The main logic for parsing the exit nodes and show them in the menu is done, but the results is extremely inestable (probably some bug because of my lack of experience in Go), sometimes the nodes don't parse correctly and they dissapear from the pop up.

I may finish this in the future if I get some time
