GitlabQuery

查询隶属于某个Milestone的所有提交，并支持将提交信息导出至Excel

使用前要修改Config.ini文件

• Token ：Personal access token. Obtained from GitLab profile settings.
• GitLabAddress ：address of GitLab instance. For example https://gitlab.example.com or https://gitlab.example.com/api/v4/
• ProjectId ：the project id you want to query
