Update dependencies and add Adobe Analytics provider

This PR includes several improvements to the angulartics2 library:

1. Updated Angular dependencies: Upgraded from Angular RC1 to Angular 2.4.0 and related dependencies

   • Updated Angular packages to ^2.4.0 (and Router to ^3.4.0)
   • Updated RxJS, TypeScript, and other dependencies to compatible versions

2. Code cleanup:

   • Removed console.log from Google Analytics provider

3. New Adobe Analytics provider:

   • Added a new provider for Adobe Analytics integration
   • Implemented standard tracking methods (pageTrack, eventTrack, etc.)
   • Added unit tests for the new provider
   • Updated README to include Adobe Analytics in the list of supported providers

These changes improve compatibility with newer Angular versions and expand the library's capabilities with support for Adobe Analytics.
