This uses Hugo's .Lastmod to add the optional property of JSON Feed 1.1 date_modified based on Rick Cogley's request.

Thanks! I'm adding .Lastmod to Micro.blog because it was missing, and then we can merge this in and it should work.

@manton Has .Lastmod been added yet? I don't check the debug information anymore.
