This pull request updates the nightly build schedule in the Azure DevOps pipeline configuration to run at a different time. The build will now run at 2am PST (10am UTC) instead of the previous time.

Pipeline schedule update:

  • Changed the nightly build cron schedule in .azdo/OneBranch.Nightly.yml to run at 10am UTC (2am PST) every day, instead of the previous 3am UTC time.
