In the migration from Ubuntu to Azure Linux as the base OS, we've lost some automated LTS compatibility test coverage -
5.xand6.xtarget different OSs and so can't be installed on the same box.This PR adds some utilities to manually deploy a containerised CCF node to C-ACI, either to Start a new service or Join an existing node, at a specified version, as well as some wrappers for bootstrapping governance. As mentioned in the included
README.md, this is not aiming to be a general-purpose deployment tool, but specifically to test simple instances that bridge between versions, to confirm the compatibility between them.
