Description

• Added shared "azd sample selection guidance" for both new agent creation and existing agent development.
• Use the complete azd ai agent sample list catalog instead of limiting selection to featured samples.
• Ensure project-scoped azd commands run from the generated project directory.
• Fix the nested project path issue in the quick-start-hosted workflow.
• Skip asking users and directly submit evaluation-suite generation and include its status in the final summary.
