CI bug on Test Summary: Didn't Fully print failed Test

Describe the bug

Failed Test has Standalone 1 and Cluster 1
but Test Summary just show 1 failure in Cluster 1

Steps to reproduce the bug

I don't have a mind, but maybe re-run CI on my PR 1825 can be reproduce

Expected behavior

I can see both failed test's name
