Summary

• Remove should not hang when page is unresponsive (added in fix(tracing): do not hang on unresponsive page when capturing snapshots #42919). On WebKit Linux it takes 26–28s against the 30s timeout and times out on the playwright-browsers bots, e.g. https://github.com/microsoft/playwright-browsers/actions/runs/36099116351/job/107977248556
