Description
Add tag and checksum flag.
Motivation and Context
1.We need a tag to identify which files are created using mv.
2.The checksum capability is added to the mv file to ensure file integrity.
How to test this PR?
1.mc mv test.txt --tags "mvFlag=true" myminio/bucket

2.mc tag list myminio/bucket/test.txt
