Procedure for generating dataset locally using FlightGoggles

How can I go about re-generating the BlackBird dice dataset locally on my system using FlightGoggles? This might be a more efficient way to make the dataset available.

I can convert these instructions and produce a docker image, so that other can have the option of regenerating the dataset locally, instead of downloading them.
