Mapping of image depth values to world-space depth values

Hi,

On the IJRR paper, you mentioned that "The mapping of image depth values to world-space depth values is
provided in the dataset ‘‘Readme’’ file".
I've not found that Readme file, can you point me in its direction?
Or can you give a brief overview of how to do the mapping?
