test code is missing the cast files, so they won't run yet. Working on that next! Pushing up for PR.

Pushing up the changes made up to this point for handling and testing breaks/continues/early returns.
What remains is to finish off the testing by adding in the correct CAST files to the test framework and to make sure that the break handling is correct.
