feat(databases-collections-list): replace the database and collection cards with tables COMPASS-9585 COMPASS-9586

This replaced the databases and collection cards with tables. Still in progress, needs tests, old code has to be cleaned up.

TODO:

• check that all the GridControls things work, especially the ones that only show up in some cases in Atlas
• make sure the table is sized to fit whenever you resize the window and also inside DE where there's less vertical space
• hovering over the view badge should show Derived from {collection_name}
• the header hints are still missing from the header cells (that explain what the storage sizes mean, for example)
• there are some perf insights to port over
• it feels like some of the types are unknown where they should be coming from the generics?
• removed delete click. check with design
