Enable monoio on OpenBSD/arm64 by wiring filesystem metadata through stat/fstat/lstat, skipping unsupported TCP keepalive knobs, and trimming padded Unix pathname addresses returned by the kernel.

This patch makes monoio compile and run on OpenBSD.
Tested on openbsd 7.9 arm64.
