Hello! This PR adds the
Mosa.TinyCoreLibproject, which is the raw result from theMosa.Utility.CreateCoreLibutility (except the project file which has been manually created). This means there's no implementation whatsoever (making it a stub), we'll have to do that ourselves. The goal is to port everything implemented in Mosa.Korlib over to Mosa.TinyCoreLib and make the latter become the default core library for MOSA.
