Update and improve documentation

Hello! This PR updates and improves the documentation in several places, and fixes a typo in the code (related to the documentation). Here are the changes:

• Updated the "USB Flash Drive Installation" page with Ventoy instructions
• Updated the "Settings Options" page with the current options
• Fixed a formatting issue in the "A dive into the BareMetal kernel" page
• Updated the .NET 8 repository for Ubuntu 24.04 in the "Getting Started" page
• Added documentation for the CreateCoreLib and SourceCodeGenerator utilities
• Moved the "Unit Tests" page from the "Advanced" category to the "Utilities" category
• Moved and renamed the "Advanced/USB Flash Drive Installation" page to "Getting Started/Installing onto a USB flash drive"
• Renamed page titles under the "Tools" category without the "MOSA" prefix
• Made the casing consistent throughout the titles
• Fixed the "Graphwiz" typo, it should be "Graphviz"
