Introduces a showTitle prop to ScheduledTaskDetails to control the display of the task title. Updates the scheduler page to use showActions=true and showTitle=false when rendering ScheduledTaskDetails in the off-canvas panel.
Introduces logic in CIPPTableToptoolbar to detect overflow and switch to a compact mode, improving usability on smaller screens or when actions exceed available space.
Introduces JIT Admin Templates management (add, edit, list) under Identity Administration, including new pages and menu entry. Adds JIT Admin Settings page for super-admins and integrates template selection and auto-fill into the JIT Admin creation form. Updates navigation and tab options to reflect new features.

Updated logic to exclude compliant standards and deviations referencing Intune or Conditional Access templates if the template cannot be found in standardSettings. This prevents display of standards with missing or undefined template information.
