Update for v2 compatibility

Hey @falkTX, many thinks for this. I tried building this with the latest v2 SDK and am running into problems. The build stops with a fatal error: window.hpp, no such file or directory.

This happens on compile.mk:72 build/src/Seq_triad2.cpp.o. I've tried building with the latest 64 bit and 2.0.0 SDK both throw the same error.

The PR is incomplete if you want to target VCV Rack.
I made enough changes to get things to build and work in Cardinal, which is a bit more backwards compatible in comparison with Rack.

Besides the includes, the way font and images are fetched also needs changing if targetting Rack Pro, as the plugin version introduced a few new rules/requirements for module code.

Hey, hello there and friendly greetings! So you mean I can use Cardinal to open my old v1.0 patches and use again the fantastic trio Alienz, Windz and Dronez? I am absolutely in love with those 3 fantastic modules and I am literally screaming for having them back in v2... But if Cardinal is good enough to make me use v2 patches with those modules, I am fine!

In theory yes..? but maybe other modules are missing.

If you have a beefy PC you can even try it inside the web version at http://cardinal.kx.studio/ and see if the old patches load there. That web version works exactly the same as the desktop one, though at least 2 MindMeld plugins do not load (known issue, to be fixed sometime later)

Hello there again, but if I would like to convert Alienz, Windz and Dronez only ignoring all the rest (and restyling them with my 8-bit graphic), how difficult do you think it would be considering that I am no coder/programmer at all? I mean, mschack are great modules but mostly I used those three and to be totally honest, I'd prefer to use VCV.
