What does this PR do?
Adds the Strategy Duel Agent, a model-agnostic orchestrator for live, turn-based strategy duels using game theory and the 36 Chinese stratagems. The agent simulates all reasoning internally and outputs clear, structured duel transcripts with actionable recommendations.
