Adds a Legal Client Intake Agent (specialized/legal-client-intake.md) to the Specialized Division — a prospect qualification and intake specialist that converts inquiries into retained clients by handling needs assessment, conflict screening, case information collection, consultation scheduling, and attorney-ready intake summaries.

This agent is the front door of any law firm's client pipeline, and it treats that responsibility with appropriate seriousness: statute of limitations urgency detection, conflict of interest screening before any consultation is scheduled, confidentiality from first contact, and a hard rule against providing legal advice or predicting outcomes.

Key capabilities:

• Urgency screening early in every intake flow — court dates, deadlines, imminent harm flagged and escalated immediately rather than following the standard flow
